On June 17 , Madrid will host a prominent agri-food event: Food Innovate 2025 , where Eatable Adventures will share its vision of the critical technologies that are transforming the food system and strengthening innovation ties between Southern Europe and Latin America. In this edition, Jose Luis Cabañero , CEO and founder of Eatable Adventures, will take the stage with a presentation titled "Critical Technologies for a Transforming Food System." In his talk, he will address how solutions based on artificial intelligence, synthetic biology, and advanced fermentation are ushering in a new era in food production, distribution, and consumption . These innovations promise greater resilience, sustainability, and global impact. In addition, Eatable Adventures will lead one of the most anticipated panels: “The new food frontier: Connecting Southern Europe and Latin America through innovation” A strategic conversation on how to build a truly connected agri-food ecosystem can unlock new investment and development opportunities between the two regions.
