The European forum EU-FarmBook turns knowledge into action for more competitive agricultural and forestry operations
On December 16, 2025 , Brussels will host the EU-FarmBook Forum 2025: “Turning Knowledge into Action for Competitive Farms and Forests,” a European event that will give new impetus to knowledge transfer in the agricultural and forestry sectors. The event will take place at the Sparks Meeting venue (Rue Ravenstein 60, 1000 Brussels) and will bring together representatives from the European Commission, young farmers' networks, agriculture and forestry experts, and key organizations within the AKIS (Agricultural Knowledge and Innovation Systems) ecosystem. The forum will focus on a key idea: the competitiveness of European agricultural and forestry holdings increasingly depends on how knowledge is transformed into real practice on the ground , shortening the gap between research, advice and decision-making on farms.
