DIVA promotes a weekend to highlight the rural heritage of the Ambroz Valley and its quality products
Description
DIVA will hold Activity 8 (A8) of the RURALMENTE project on March 21 and 22, 2026, in Aldeanueva del Camino (Cáceres). This outreach and promotional event , entitled “Enhancing the Value of the Rural Heritage of the Ambroz Valley,” aims to bring the connection between heritage, rural knowledge, and quality agri-food products closer to the public in an open and participatory format.
The event will be held at the Salón Marce “Forillo” and will combine traditional reenactments, guided tours, a market, tastings and showcookings, with spaces designed for coexistence and exchange.

With RURALMENTE, DIVA and its partners work to strengthen promotional models and knowledge exchange dynamics that favor the valorization and adherence to PDO/PGI in rural areas, connecting experiences and agents between Galicia and Extremadura.
