Food security, sovereignty and resilience: the role of short marketing channels

On March 16, from 10:00 to 11:30 a.m., the webinar "Food Security, Sovereignty, and Resilience: The Role of Short Supply Chains" will take place online. Within the framework of the European projects EU4Advice and COREnet , this webinar addresses how short supply chains can strengthen food sovereignty and the resilience of local agri-food systems in the face of geopolitical, climate, and global supply crises.
The session will begin with a presentation on French food safety regulations, followed by a roundtable discussion with experts who will analyze the CCCs from four perspectives: regulatory, technological, social innovation, and business model. The session will be open to active audience participation.
Aimed at advisors, public policy officials, and professionals in the agri-food sector. The session will be conducted in English.
