“ www.akisplataforma.es is an internet domain owned by the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food (hereinafter, MAPA) with headquarters at Paseo Infanta Isabel, nº 1, 28071 Madrid.

Please read this document carefully. It constitutes the Legal Notice and Privacy Policy that govern access, browsing, and use of the "AKIS Advisors Platform" Website (hereinafter, the "Website"). The portal's content, organization, and links have been selected and coordinated by the Ministry of Public Works (MAPA). Please note that the information provided may not be complete or up-to-date. The Ministry may, at any time and without prior notice, make changes and updates to the information contained on the portal, its configuration, and presentation, and may temporarily suspend access to it when appropriate for objective reasons. In any case, the metadata regarding the update date and the applicable reuse conditions for the documents made available on the portal will be retained and will not be altered or deleted.

The information contained on the portal may be used without express authorization, provided that the source of the documents being reused is cited, with the exception of content for which third parties hold intellectual or industrial property rights. The Ministry is not responsible for any third-party use of the information published on the portal.

The MAPA is committed to complying with current legislation regarding the processing of personal data and information security. This is to ensure that any personal data requested through the services offered on this website is processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5, on the Protection of Personal Data and the Guarantee of Digital Rights.

The Controller will treat personal data at all times in an absolutely confidential manner and maintaining the mandatory duty of secrecy regarding them, in accordance with the provisions of the applicable regulations, adopting the necessary technical and organizational measures to guarantee the security of your data and prevent its alteration, loss, processing or unauthorized access, taking into account the state of the technology, the nature of the data stored and the risks to which they are exposed.

Likewise, MAPA may modify the terms and conditions stipulated herein, in whole or in part, by publishing any changes in the same manner in which this document appears or through any type of communication directed to users.

The validity period of the Legal Notice and Privacy Policy therefore coincides with the time of its publication, until it is modified in whole or in part, at which time the modified text will become effective.

Regardless of the provisions of any specific terms and conditions established, MAPA may terminate, suspend, or interrupt access to the Website's content at any time and without prior notice, without the user being able to claim any compensation. The MAPA shall not assume any liability for any potential damages that may arise from the use of such information.
