Xinzo de Limia hosts a conference on new agri-food alternatives and the potato recovery model

The GDR10 Limia-Arnoia Association is organizing the technical training day “New alternatives linked to agri-food production and processing in rural areas. Recovery model of the A Limia potato” on March 25, 2026 , within the framework of the RURALMENTE project: “Exchange of knowledge for the development of promotional models that stimulate adherence to PDO/PGI in rural areas of strategic interest for Galicia and Extremadura” .
The event will be held in the village of Piñeira Seca (Xinzo de Limia, Ourense) and will be organized in collaboration with the PGI Pataca de Galicia (Galician Potato PGI ). The day is designed as a learning and exchange forum to analyze new opportunities related to agri-food production and processing in rural areas, using the potato recovery and valorization model in A Limia as a reference.
Aimed at: group of experts, coordination team and general public, with the collaboration of IXP Pataca de Galicia.
