Description
Increasing the added value of meat from fighting cattle based on the environmental, economic and social sustainability of its production in rural environments.
Objectives
- Determine the most appropriate production, product and process standards to increase the value of fighting bull meat through more sustainable production of differentiated quality and aligned with consumer preferences.
- Increase the value of fighting bull meat and improve the competitiveness and sustainability of livestock farms through the adoption of the most eco-efficient livestock farming practices in accordance with established production, product and process standards.
