Description

The Task Force proposes the selection of products of interest to producers based on their economic value and culinary potential.

Objectives
  • Expand the value chain by strengthening relationships and exchanges between producers and hoteliers, all the way to the end consumer. The Quadruple Helix is applied to launch specific initiatives.
  • Create and standardize communication channels in all directions to connect the knowledge of researchers, producers, hoteliers and chefs, etc. This can serve as a lever for R&D&I applied to real cases and needs.
