Description
This Task Force aims to create the architecture of the future data platform.
The goal is to establish contacts and advance the integration of information from devices and machinery from different technology providers, establish strategies to reduce fruit waste by 20% throughout the logistics chain, extend the shelf life of fruit by applying technological solutions, and propose a new certificate of logistics excellence.
Objectives
The two main objectives of the project directly affect the producers' bottom lines:
- Evaluation of technological solutions that enable process improvements in terms of reducing product losses (waste) and quality deterioration.
- Creation of procedures for a Logistics Quality Seal and promotion of this Seal from the demand side, increasing the perception of added value and, consequently, the benefits for producers.
