Description
Development of a collaborative platform at the national level through the effective and automatic digitalization of processes and information from the beef sector, allowing for the analysis of profitability and sustainability.
Objectives
- Development of a work methodology based on objective information by and for the livestock farmer.
- Promote the use of information as a business analysis tool for cattle farms.
- Transfer knowledge to all members of the production chain.
- Integration of all information generated in the beef sector.
Results
- Collection and processing of information from purebred associations, cooperatives, management centers, and participating slaughterhouses.
- Creation of a web platform for accessing information for members.
- Comparison of livestock vs. breed vs. population.
- Detection of animals that are more economically profitable and have a lower environmental impact (kg CH4) within each farm.
