Description
This Task Force aims to categorize grape varieties and understand their adaptation to current climatic conditions, as well as determine the optimal harvest time based on phenolic ripeness, allowing for the definition of the resulting wine's characteristics. It would also enable the production of wines that meet the characteristics demanded by the market.
