Description
The objectives of the Operational Group project are twofold: -Increase the quantity of honey, improving the health of the bees. -Improve the properties of honey with the aim of obtaining an innovative product.
This will be done by supplying the bees with medicinal mushroom extracts (REISHI – Ganoderma lucidum and SHIITAKE – Lentinula edodes), at different concentrations.

- Improve the properties of honey with the goal of obtaining an innovative product. This will be achieved by providing bees with medicinal mushroom extracts (reishi – Ganoderma lucidum and shiitake – Lentinula edodes) at different concentrations.
