Network of artisans who process and sell pasture milk

Operational Group that aims to create a network of artisan processors and sellers of pasture milk. To do so, threshold marking will be carried out to identify milk with the described healthy qualities, based on one or more parameters.

The description of the differentiated raw material will be carried out based on both the quantification and the management of the livestock required to obtain it. A consensus will be reached with producers, processors and consumers in the preparation of the specifications for obtaining differentiated milk.

The necessary analysis and the laboratory to carry out the determination will be indicated and a report will be prepared on how to indicate the differentiation of the raw material on the label in collaboration with ODECA.
