Description
The Operational Group proposes an innovation strategy based on increasing efficiency, quality, and environmental sustainability in the production of different varieties of legumes and the development of activities parallel to the main production activity with the aim of diversifying business lines by developing new food products based on a new legume flour with high nutritional and functional value that contributes to promoting the consumption of quality legumes.
