Description
Creation of an Operational Group to coordinate and structure the project studies: Innovation and adaptation of DOP oil to new market demands.
This project aims to reduce the production cost of extra virgin olive oil through a system of concentration and improved production methods, obtain a product specific to a region or area, achieve varietal differentiation, and find benchmark options for the domestic and international markets. Finally, identify the oil market trends and their demands for a specific, top-quality product.
