WINESITY. Automatic sensor for continuous density control in wine fermentation

The WINESITY Operating Group has been created, whose members have signed a Collaboration Agreement to develop the WINESITY project, which includes the design and production of a prototype of an automatic densitometer to continuously monitor the evolution of fermentation in wine tanks in wineries, and to pilot its operation in the facilities of the Falset Arçà Agricultural Cooperative and Afalma.

The details of the design of the device, how it is planned to carry out this piloting, the functions of each member of the group and the proposed schedule are included in an explanatory memorandum.
