WINESITY Operational Group: Automatic sensor for continuous density control in wine fermentation

The WINESITY Operational Group has been created, and its members have signed a Collaboration Agreement to develop the WINESITY project. This project includes the design and production of a prototype automatic densitometer to continuously monitor the progress of fermentation in wine tanks at wineries, and to pilot its operation at the facilities of the Falset Arçà Agricultural Cooperative and Afalma.
