Innovation and improvement of the quality of rice from Aragon

This Task Force studies the classification of soils used in rice production areas and plans to test the shelf life of locally grown varieties.

Other activities are also planned, such as the development of beer with rice (including the production of the beer, the design of the bottle label and its commercial launch); market research, which includes the identification of the consumer profile and their consumption habits, as well as the capture of new ideas; the development of flavoured rice; and the design of new packaging for the export brand, of flavoured products and beer.
