Description
This Operational Group is the improvement of the use of natural resources (native breeds and grazing resources).
To this end, the farming of native breeds and agri-food activities will be promoted as a supplement to income. The aim is also to support the consolidation of traditional livestock farming as a generator of landscape and biodiversity, as well as the development of new products based on artisanal and traditional products that can be brought to new market niches.
Finally, the launch of new fifth-range products is being pursued.
Objectives
- OBJECTIVE 1: Support the consolidation of traditional livestock farming as a generator of landscape and biodiversity.
- OBJECTIVE 2: Analyze and develop the agri-food activity in the search for complementary income and as a strategy for the survival of local breeds: Ansotana, Xisqueta and Churra Tensina.
- OBJECTIVE 3: Development, study, production and dissemination of new sheep-based products and explore the so-called V RANGE
