Abstract

Precision Agriculture: Characterization and utilization of efficient native microorganisms. This project aims to characterize the native soil microbiota of farms to isolate and characterize existing mycorrhizae and study factors that enhance their optimal development. Implementation of K-line planting designs on farms where truffle, olive, and grape cultivation are planned.

Precision Livestock Farming: Implementation of a sheep geolocation system and agricultural characterization of plots to implement Voisin's Rational Grazing System. This is expected to maximize the use of grazing resources, maximizing the nutritional value of pastures and animal nutrition at minimal cost.

Innovative culinary techniques: Development and preparation of unique, innovative culinary creations with high added value using the farms' own resources. Marketing in short chains and local markets: The project's goal is to market locally sourced organic products through an innovative, memorable, and unique marketing strategy.
