Objectives

Increase the profitability of traditional Andalusian olive groves by promoting the expansion of the OLIVARES VIVOS olive growing model in the Andalusian cooperative sector, improving the profitability of olive farms and the olive oil industry.
To increase environmental sustainability in traditional Andalusian olive groves, mitigating climate change through the recovery of their biodiversity and ecosystem services.
Improve the marketing of olive oils through differentiation based on added value.
Contribute to the digitalization of the olive oil sector and implement Blockchain technology.
Generate green jobs linked to the restoration of agrosystems.
