Challenges in the cultivation, research and promotion of consumption of Spanish legumes of differentiated quality

This Task Force combines the efforts of the production sector and the scientific community aimed at improving the cultivation (production, bearing, resistance to diseases) and marketing of Spanish legumes (chickpeas and lentils) of differentiated quality, disseminating knowledge of them to the consumer in relation to their beneficial effects, as well as their nutritional and organoleptic qualities.
