Description
The objective of the Operational Group is to implement technological innovations in the dried fig production and processing chain to obtain quality and sanitary safe dried figs.
The aim is to make the dried fig sector profitable by creating new opportunities for the development of rural areas through the implementation of sustainable production systems to obtain healthy products.
