Objectives

The objectives of this Operational Group are to carry out two activities that do not exist in Galicia:

  • Produce organic malting barley on suitable land and under profitable conditions in rural Galicia.
  • To create a custom malting facility for brewing barley in Galicia for new brewers throughout Spain.
