Description
This innovative project, called SUPERFOOD BIOTECH, aims to increase mineralisation, promote soil-plant microbiome symbiosis and enrich agricultural soils with organic matter in a sustainable, continuous and complete way with all the necessary nutrients.
Objectives
- Create a new category of superfoods that increase the content of bio-healthy micronutrients.
- Carrying out experiments in 3 experimental fruit and vegetable fields for technical and economic demonstration of the proposed solution.
- Demonstrate that the project proposal achieves savings in water and electricity consumption to obtain increases in quality and added value production.
- To characterize the products processed in industrial plants (juices and food preparations) and the by-products and derived residues (SDRs) in the transformation of highly bio-enriched Superfood Biotech products.
- Quantifyingly demonstrate the real effective reduction of CO2 emissions, the bioeconomic impact, job creation and sustainability in biofertilizer production processes (3Ms).
