Description
Improve the competitiveness of producers by supporting quality control systems, complementing the "Test Panel" method in VIRGIN OLIVE OIL through instrumental technologies supported by globalized management and networking,
Objectives
- Effective implementation in 3 agri-food industries (laboratories) and in one official laboratory.
- Validation of self-monitoring systems, which will directly benefit all virgin olive oil producers in their packaging and marketing.
- Involvement of all organizations and entities in the sector participating in OIP in disseminating the project and establishing a user community coordinated by OIP.
- Modernization of the olive oil sector, positioning Spain as a global leader.
- Involvement and dissemination among relevant stakeholders and internationalization of project results.
Results
