The GO e-LocalHub launches its first video recipes to highlight native breeds

The e-LocalHub Operational Group has published the first video recipes of the project, a gastronomic initiative aimed at bringing products from native breeds and traditional extensive livestock farming closer to the end consumer.

The products are made with ingredients from the breeds participating in the project: Iberian pigs , Castellana Negra poultry , Avileña-Negra Ibérica cattle and Merino sheep , highlighting their quality, culinary versatility and unique value .

The first video released is dedicated to a recipe for Iberian pork cheeks , a dish that combines tradition and flavor and marks the beginning of a series of culinary proposals that will be published in the coming weeks.

The video recipes are directed by chef Borja de la Cruz , a regular collaborator of RFEAGAS in showcookings and livestock fairs, who contributes his experience to show new ways of enjoying and consuming the products of these breeds.

With this action, the GO e-LocalHub reinforces its objective of highlighting native breeds , promoting their knowledge among consumers and boosting short marketing circuits through informative and attractive content.
