The hybrid session (in-person and online) will offer an open discussion space where farmers, technicians, researchers, students, and other stakeholders in the dairy sector will share perspectives on the initial calculations and the mitigation strategies proposed by the project's technical team.

The day will begin at 10:30 a.m. with a welcome reception and coffee , followed by the presentation of the LAKTIS project (11:00 a.m.) by the MEDRAR Innovation Office , which will outline the methodological approach and progress made to date in measuring the carbon footprint on farms.

During the afternoon session, a participatory work dynamic will be carried out (2:30 p.m.) aimed at prioritizing the most viable and profitable measures, and at 3:30 p.m. real success stories of emissions mitigation will be presented, led by the entities ENTOMO Agroindustrial, Pentabiol and Innogando , who will share their experience in innovation and sustainability in the sector.
