The course is entirely online and consists of 11 topics, with a planned duration of 80 hours, but you can complete it at any time. Upon completion, you will receive a CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION, indicating the training hours.

The objective is to achieve professionalism and excellence in four areas of the olive growing sector: olive oil technology, olive oil analysis and control, olive mill management, and olive growing.
