Description
On March 11 and 12, CITOLIVA is organizing the seminar "Olive oil quality in a changing climate context" in Córdoba, focusing on how climate and agronomic and industrial practices condition the quality, stability and final value of the oil.
The training will offer technical criteria to understand what factors influence quality and how to adjust decisions in the field and olive mill in a scenario of greater water stress and extreme temperatures.
