Description
Based on an existing spreadable formula, work has been done to evolve it into an industrially scalable solution, facilitating its transfer to the market. The project enriches the product catalog with offerings that generate new consumption occasions, adding value to the food industry through innovation in formulation and processes.
Results
Allergen-free recipe with selected ingredients and optimized processes, carefully preserved for stability at room temperature, and high nutritional and sensory quality validated against commercial references. Industrially scalable development.
