Cangaswineprint - Project for the characterization and innovation of wines with the protected designation of origin Cangas

The CANGASWINEPRINT Innovation Project aims to take advantage of current technological advances to characterise the different varieties of wine produced by the Cangas DOP, using data obtained from both previous and current harvests, a physical-chemical characterisation of oak wood (native) and selection of staves in relation to parameters of oenological interest and appropriate to the variety of wine to be produced, as well as obtaining the fingerprint of the wine, certifying its origin and traceability.
