Innovation and training tools for the cheese sector

This Task Force was created by the association: European Cheese Route, with the aim of developing innovation and training tools for the cheese sector. It aims to define and test an innovative model for diversifying the cheese sector based on experiential tourism strategies in order to improve short marketing channels and thus increase added value in production.
