Objectives
The objectives of this Operational Group are: to expand and improve the range of quality fruit vegetables in the cultivation phase, the recovery of traditional varieties and the incorporation of synergies with new crops (such as hop asparagus); optimization of the crop through zoning, coverage of different areas of orchard production to improve pre-harvest sustainability; development of new processed products with an increase in final quality.
