Operational Group: Improving the quality of fruit vegetables by promoting traditional genetic varieties in more sustainable production systems

The objectives of this Operational Group are:

• Expand and improve the range of quality fruit vegetables in the cultivation phase, recovering traditional varieties and incorporating synergies with new crops (such as hop asparagus).
• Crop optimization through zoning, covering different orchard production areas to improve pre-harvest sustainability; and developing new processed products with improved final quality.
