The main objectives of this Operational Group are:

• Improve the marketing possibilities of Atlantic lamb and goat production.
• Improve the ways to enhance the production of Atlantic lamb and goat.
• Determine the type of processed product to subsequently develop one or more processed lamb and goat products that will consist of:
  • Study market preferences for this type of product and explore the different processing techniques to determine which best suits our needs as producers.
