New technologies in the transformation of quality lamb and goat, in sustainable systems with reduced impact

The main objectives of this Operational Group are:

• Improve the marketing possibilities of Atlantic lamb and goat production.
• Improve the valorisation channels for the production of Atlantic lamb and goat.
• Determine the type of processed product to subsequently develop a processed lamb and goat product(s) that will consist of:
  • Study the market preferences for this type of products and study the different transformation techniques to determine which one best suits our needs as producers.
