SOSVACUNEX Operational Group: Improving fertility to enhance the sustainability of extensive farms of native breeds in Extremadura

This Task Force was created with the aim of designing and proposing a project to address the current problem of the low fertility of the native Retinta and Blanca Cacereña breeds, used in extensive beef production in the Extremadura Dehesa ecosystem.

The goal is to increase the farmer's profitability through improved reproductive rates in extensive farming, which translates into more calves per year.
