Description
An Operational Group has been established to promote an innovative project that aims to reverse the trend in food production by reducing the mineral density variable, as confirmed by various scientific studies.
And at the same time, we are also reversing the trend toward abandonment and the low competitiveness of mountain farms through collaborative management and the implementation of innovative processes and products in their production systems.
Objectives
The goal of this project is to restore the quality of agricultural soils and produce crops and foods with mineral nutritional densities very different from those currently available on the market.
