Description
An Operational Group has been set up to promote an Innovative Project that aims to reverse the trend in food production with a reduction in the mineral variable of nutritional density confirmed in various scientific studies.
And at the same time, reverse the trend towards abandonment and low competitiveness of mountain farms through collaborative management and the implementation of innovative processes and products in their production systems.
Objectives
The aim of this project is to restore the quality of agricultural soils and to obtain crops and foods with mineral nutritional densities very different from those of foods currently available on the market.
