Description
The aim of the project is to create a Veterinary Syndromic Surveillance Platform that provides information on the health status of the Spanish livestock population almost in real time.
Objectives
- Identify groups of veterinarians interested in participating in the sentinel network.
- Define and develop the network structure using participatory methodologies (health indicators, information flow, data analysis and feedback information).
- Develop the computer tools necessary for the transmission, analysis and communication of health information.
- Implement and validate the network of sentinel veterinarians.
Results
- Development and installation of tools for fleet management for the company.
- Development of a platform for receiving and storing data from the entire system with analysis tools.
- App development for farmers and veterinarians.
- Monitoring clinical data on farms and establishing a network of sentinel veterinarians.
