Presentation of the first generation of Impulso Agro
Description
Presentation of the first generation of Impulso Agro
- On June 10, the event featuring the 40 talents revolutionizing the agri-food sector arrives in San Sebastián.
The Basque Culinary Center, together with AgroBank, presents the first Impulso Agro cohort, a selection of professionals under 40 from the agri-food sector who offer a multidisciplinary and contemporary perspective on the agri-food sector. These profiles reflect the breadth of gastronomy and are contributing to its transformation.
Next Tuesday, June 10, the members of this new roster will gather at an event at the Basque Culinary Center, where they will share their projects, perspectives, concerns, and worries through various activities.
Two young people from agri-food cooperatives, Rafaela Herrera from COVAP and Kimie Hirai from COLIVAL, will participate in two different roundtables to discuss digital transformation and artificial intelligence in the agricultural sector, as well as sustainability and climate change.
The publication of this list is part of the Impulso Agro initiative of both entities, which recognizes and supports young people whose work and projects serve as inspiration for the transformation of the primary sector. Its goal is to raise awareness and support for new generations, and to form a community that connects the different stakeholders in the sector, serving as a source of motivation, growth, and networking.
