ENOFORUM FAIR

Enoforum is a technical-scientific congress and a fair dedicated to wineries and wine companies.
Objective: to bring together supplier companies, researchers, winemakers and winery and vineyard technicians to present the latest innovations and new technologies applicable to the sector.

Enoforum, both in terms of the number of speakers and participants, is the largest technical congress dedicated to the wine and wine sector. For its 23rd edition, the event returns to the Zaragoza Trade Fair on May 20 and 21, 2026 .

THE CONGRESS

Enoforum arises from the encounter between:

• Public research, from which the ideas that give rise to new technologies often emerge.
• The supplier companies, whose R&D departments transform that knowledge into innovations applicable on a large scale.
• Viticultural technicians and oenologists, who as end users can contribute practical experience, identify real needs and propose new requirements.

During Enoforum, interaction between these 3 pillars of innovation is facilitated, offering all participants the opportunity to contribute positively to the evolution and progress of the wine sector.

Enoforum also reserves a prominent space in the program for supplier companies to present their solutions and technological innovations. It is a unique opportunity to showcase the results of research projects and to transfer innovation to a broad and highly qualified audience of experts.
