• Module 1 Introduction to the GLOBAL GAP standard (5 hours)

  Objective: To train for the application of advanced methodologies for process improvement, quality management and food safety, based on knowledge of the legal framework that regulates the quality and safety policy and its fundamental bases.
  

• Module 2 Implementation and requirements GLOBAL GAP protocol version 5.4 (45 hours)

  Objective: To analyze the structure of the GLOBAL GAP V 5.4 standard as well as the requirements that must be met to carry out a successful implementation.
  

• Module 3 Obtaining GLOBAL GAP v5.4 certification and internal and external audits

  Objective: To analyze the structure of the GLOBAL GAP V5.4 standard regarding the certification process and the external and internal audit protocol.
