Description

This online course Its objective is to study the application requirements of GLOBAL GAP to implement the standards in primary products of the agri-food sector . This standard is focused on ensuring the implementation of a quality management system from the point of view of reconciling food safety and quality control.

The online course is structured in 4 modules with one evaluation per module . The student will be able to view the content in digital format , and additionally, once the digital content has been viewed, the student will be able to have the content in .pdf files.
