Erasmus+ Project: Improving the Skills of Agricultural Technicians

Internationalization of the Center, strengthening the commitment to language learning among the entire educational community, and improving the professional skills and competencies of participating students. Several companies in the area have seen their international reach improved by hiring technicians with improved training and communication skills thanks to their training experience in EU countries, as well as direct contact with various stakeholders from other countries within the school's area of influence. Dissemination of the results, training, and knowledge acquired to the rest of the educational and vocational training community through the use of educational platforms, open houses and workshops, Facebook, and Instagram.

RESULTS : there is a significant improvement in all these areas (early school leaving rates, which are significantly reduced, personal, social and professional development of our students, job placement of students and recent graduates, entrepreneurial vision and attitude, international dimension and corporate image, employment benefits for young workers recently trained at the center.
