A 50-hour theoretical and practical training program is offered to unemployed individuals, allowing them to fill various positions in the kitchen. The program is offered in Andalusia, the Canary Islands, Catalonia, and Madrid, chosen based on the importance of tourism and restaurant activities, as well as the sale of organic food, to increase job opportunities.
The project also offers a job board to channel the needs of professionals undergoing training and those of companies in the restaurant and retail sectors. Monitoring and supporting course students after completion is essential to helping them enter the workforce.
The consumption of organic food in our country has grown significantly, and we now rank tenth worldwide. The organic food cooking and sales sector is expected to offer employment opportunities in the near future.
This training project offers four in-person courses to improve the employability of unemployed people in the restaurant and organic food sector, based on the integration of organic foods into menus and knowledge of new diets and healthier eating habits.
