Description of activities

To this end, the following are proposed:

  • 3 editions of the "1st Theoretical and Practical Course on Sustainable Livestock Farming and Conventional and Alternative Marketing and Sales Techniques." 1 edition per Autonomous Community targeted by the project (Castilla y León, Castilla La Mancha, and Extremadura).
  • 3 editions of the "1st Theoretical and Practical Course on the Production of Healthy, Sustainable, and Solidarity-Based Fruit and Vegetable Food, and Conventional and Alternative Marketing and Sales Techniques." 1 edition per Autonomous Community targeted by the project (Castilla y León, Castilla La Mancha, and Extremadura).
  • 3 editions of the "1st Theoretical and Practical Course on Healthy, Sustainable, and Solidarity Beekeeping and Bee Products, and Conventional and Alternative Marketing and Sales Techniques." 1 edition per Autonomous Community targeted by the project (Castilla y León, Castilla La Mancha, and Extremadura).
  • 3 editions of the "Practical Course on Sales and Marketing Promotion: Local Itinerant Autonomous Market as a Professional Training Experience." 1 edition per Autonomous Community targeted by the project (Castilla y León, Castilla La Mancha, and Extremadura).

Objectives

AUTÖCTONO seeks to bring about a shift in the paradigm of food distribution, marketing, production, and consumption by training unemployed people who want to dedicate their future careers to the production and sale of agricultural, livestock, and beekeeping foods, positively influencing the impact that food has on biodiversity conservation and rural and local development. The initiative aims to promote social economy initiatives that are respectful of the environment and people by training and educating future professionals in the food sector, thus fostering the production and sale of healthy, sustainable, and caring foods.
