Description
The aim is to optimize wine production through the use of bioimpedance technology to monitor the wine fermentation process.
Results
Confirmation of the impedance measurement of grapevine leaves determines the physiological state of the plants. Determination of control parameters for wine fermentation processes using bioimpedance and NIR devices.
