Description
Starting with food formulas based on plant proteins, this project has worked on their adaptation, optimization and industrial scaling.
Results
New ingredient formulations that allow their use in different matrices and processing conditions, without traces of allergens or synthetic additives. Three new formulations of vegan food products with sensory characteristics similar to the reference products. Scaling and industrialization of the solution in a relevant industrial environment: TRL 9. Solution transferred to a company with an industrial launch date of March 2026.
