SICURA OneHealth4Food Network

The Network to support and promote a methodological basis ( Onehealth ) that can serve to integrate the multisectoral approach (human, animal and environmental health) in the assessment and management of food safety in Spain.

OneHealth4Food is made up of researchers from universities and research centers in the field of food safety and related areas of “OneHealth”, creating a framework of collaboration and synergies, in the food context, which will lay the methodological foundations of an integrated approach to Microbiological Risk Assessment in the food chain.
