Description

This Operational Group aims to transform the table olive sector into a 4.0 industry, optimizing its resources, implementing innovative processes that boost its competitiveness and quality ratios, and making it more sustainable. To do so, it uses information from various digital tools and sensors placed at key points throughout the production process.

All information, images, and data are stored, processed, and accessed in real time, continuously and automatically, using Big Data technology. The data generated is thus transformed into knowledge, creating the largest existing information network on the table olive sector.
