Description

This Task Force seeks to enable small and medium-sized wineries to implement, in a viable and efficient manner, new data collection, processing, and management systems using Big Data technologies that are already available on the market and will allow them to improve agricultural production in various aspects.

This will be the first step toward implementing and developing digitalization in small and medium-sized family farms, which, due to their small size, have so far remained on the sidelines of the digital transformation.

Objectives
  • Develop an economically viable system capable of integrating different sensor technologies and big data to facilitate decision-making for wine producers and precision viticulture.
