Objectives
The objective of the Operational Group is to define, design and draft the project for the assessment of the sustainability of the national beef cattle production system, the purpose of which is to establish and assess the real GHG emissions in the two basic pillars of Spanish beef cattle: extensive (suckler cow) and intensive (calf fattening).
