- Updating the GESVAC platform database: Collecting and storing information on livestock farms and slaughterhouses.
- New developments and defining new sources of information for integration into the GESVAC platform: development of a mobile app, development of software for registering livestock, development of alerts for unproductive animals, new sources of information.
- Optimizing and calibrating ultrasound software for assessing in vivo meat quality in calves: ultrasound software optimization, in situ assessment of purebred and crossbred calves.
- Develop a system to calculate the environmental footprint of each animal on purebred and crossbred livestock farms.
Develop and implement new digital tools to improve the economic, environmental and social sustainability of beef cattle farms. The aim is to facilitate access to information by farmers, develop new functionalities in the GESVAC platform, optimise the technique for determining the quality of beef in vivo and improve the environmental sustainability of farms through a more accurate and reliable calculation of individual animal emissions.
